Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and assisting colleagues across a very busy team environment. This role requires someone who can work independently with confidence, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Accountabilities of the Role
Opening and organising incoming and outgoing post.
Printing and issuing clients renewal packs and certificates of insurance.
Managing team mailboxes and coordinate with team members.
Scanning documents and saving to client records.
Assisting the team with collecting information from clients.
Assisting in the general overall administration activities of the business.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative and manage tasks independently.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of risk control & regulatory environment
