Role Purpose
We are looking for a Learning & HR Technology Coordinator to join our HR Team. The purpose of this role is to enable the company deliver on its organisational development objectives through the effective administration of our Learning & Development processes as well as the maintenance of our Learning & HR Technology systems.
Working closely with the Learning & HR Technology Manger, the role holder will be responsible for the system administration and application support of our HR Technology, as well as the coordination & administration of training programmes (including onboarding). Professional exam and CPD administration and reporting is an important aspect of the role and a knowledge of Fitness & Probity & the Minimum Competency Code is key. The Learning & HR Technology Coordinator will also provide administrative support across some our broader HR processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their L&D / HR Technology career and gain experience in HR/Learning system administration and the creation, design and rollout of e-learning.
Accountabilities of the Role
HR technology system administration, to include application support & training
HRIS (Human Resource Information System) system administration & reporting; system changes, headcount reports, performance management and objectives reports
Monthly & quarterly HR metric preparation
LMS (Learning Management System) system administration and reporting – data maintenance, course administration, course completion
Elearning design, creation, programme rollouts & reporting
Professional exam and CPD administration & reporting
Minimum Competency and Fitness & Probity administration & reporting
Coordination of company Corporate Social Responsibility projects
General administration & support to Learning & HR Technology Manager including Pulse Magazine, Intranet administration, training programme administration
Provide ad-hoc recruitment support as required during peak periods
Point of contact within the HR team in relation to administrative tasks (including PO system)
Comply with risk control and regulatory requirements that are relevant to this role – particularly Minimum Competency, Fitness & Probity and Data Protection
Maintain commercial awareness relevant to this role – maintain & improve knowledge on Learning / HR Technology.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Excellent people, administration & organisational skills with a minimum of 1-2 years administration experience
Previous experience working within a Learning & Development or Human Resource department advantageous
Digital aptitude with a passion/interest in technology
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail required
Excellent MS Office skills, advanced M365 especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint desired
Advanced Excel skills – proven use of data analysis tools including pivot tables and formulas an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in presenting or training an advantage
Experience managing a busy workload with multiple responsibilities and projects
CIPD or Learning & Development qualifications desired but not required
Knowledge of risk control & regulatory environment – preferably knowledge of Fitness & Probity, Minimum Competency Code and Data Protection
Commercial awareness - Previous experience in Financial Services would be an advantage
