Role Purpose
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR Team.
We are looking to provide an internship opportunity to a highly motivated and talented student who would be able to support our recruitment efforts. The intern will gain valuable experience in both talent acquisition and general HR.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months; May 2025 – April 2026.
Accountabilities of the Role
Supporting the talent acquisition specialist with recruitment administration end to end
Creating employee files and full onboarding administration
Reviewing CVs across assigned open positions throughout the business
Conducting initial phone screens with suitable candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Providing a customer focused service to applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Providing the learning and development team with administrative support including exam registrations
Creating purchase orders on behalf of the HR Department
Providing general HR administration support including the day-to-day management of the HR inbox and processing paperwork
Carrying out other ad hoc HR duties as required
Skills & Knowledge Required
Must be working towards a degree in HR or a Business-related discipline
Excellent people, administration and organisational skills
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in administration or customer service desirable
Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong telephone manner
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent MS Office skills
Emotional intelligence
